Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document, including all Schedules and Policies incorporated by reference.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register an account and use the uang77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age threshold.

• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created by the same individual or on behalf of another person, are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or family member of an employee of the Operator or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be registered on any national or Platform self-exclusion register. Persons who have applied for self-exclusion may not circumvent those restrictions by re-registering.

Account Registration

Registration on uang77 is free of charge. To create an account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, valid email address, Indonesian mobile telephone number, and preferred account currency (IDR or cryptocurrency). You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever circumstances change.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and our internal compliance framework, uang77 requires all Members to complete identity verification before withdrawal capabilities are activated. You may deposit and explore the Platform prior to KYC completion, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is approved.

The standard KYC documentation required is as follows:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport. The document must be current (not expired) and all details must be clearly legible.

All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members only. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Member is entitled to claim each bonus offer once. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture and potential permanent ban.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute based on odds thresholds as detailed in each promotion. Togel (lottery) bets contribute 50%.
• Bonus Expiry: Any bonus not claimed within the promotional activation window, or wagering requirements not satisfied within the applicable time limit, will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided without notice.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Unless otherwise specified, winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of 10x the original bonus value.
• Operator Discretion: uang77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. The Operator's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.
• Abuse Prevention: Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses, employing bonus abuse strategies, or engaging in hedging behavior designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements will have their bonus revoked and their account reviewed for potential closure.

Betting & Game Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) activities on uang77 are subject to the specific rules published within each game or market. The following general principles apply across all product verticals:

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uang77 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

Intellectual Property

All content on the uang77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of the Operator.

Limitation of Liability

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online betting regulations vary by country and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing uang77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location outside those it actively serves.

Amendments

uang77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.
